things I’ve heard about my (short) hair: “woah. what happened?”; “you look like a lesbian.”; “you know you have a feather in your hair…”; “you have mom hair”; “you look like an elf”; “I don’t like it.”; “so.. you actually like it?”; “what does your fiancé think?”, etc. are we forgetting? this is HAIR. it’s only freaking hair. not to mention that it’s CUTE. it’s amazing, and I love it. I feel amazing, walking around hearing people (and “friends”, coworkers, etc.) whisper about it. it liberates me, wildly.
